Dr. Jenny L. Neff is Associate Professor and Division Chair of Music Education, and the Director of the Master of Music and Summer Music Studies programs at The University of the Arts in Philadelphia.

Previously, she completed 25 years of public school music teaching, with experience at various levels K-12 in Connecticut and Pennsylvania. She is an active presenter, writer, clinician, and guest conductor. She serves as the Eastern Division Representative for the NAfME Band Council, the PA state representative for Women Band Directors International (WBDI), and is a monthly contributor for the Teaching Through Primary Sources Teacher Network website. She is also a Conn-Selmer Educational Clinician.
